As an Engineer at RX3 Communications, you will support mission-critical infrastructure, telecom, and technology deployment projects for federal and commercial clients. You’ll play a key role in field operations, system design, and project execution, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure delivery excellence.
Lead and support electrical, telecom, or infrastructure projects onsite.
Analyze blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
Conduct site assessments and quality control checks.
Collaborate with project managers and clients to meet technical specifications.
Prepare documentation and progress reports.
Ensure compliance with federal regulations, safety codes, and engineering standards.
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Civil, or Telecom Engineering (or equivalent experience).
3+ years of hands-on experience in government/commercial infrastructure or telecom projects.
Familiarity with structured cabling, data center installations, or power systems a plus.
Proven knowledge of federal compliance standards (FAR, DCAA) is preferred.
Excellent communication and field coordination skills.
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Ability to travel to project sites, including secure federal locations.
Must be a U.S. citizen or authorized to work on federal contracts.
Valid driver’s license.
NICET or similar certification (preferred).
Clearance eligibility is a plus.
